Happy Tai Chi Quan
Happy Tai Chi Quan is form by a group of like mind people who want to learn and practice Tai Chi for health and recreation purpose. Our member have grown from a handful to about 35 students. The group was started around Sept 2010. Our place of practice is at Pasir Ris Beach Park Skating Rink at car park D on Saturday and Sunday from 7.00 am to 9.00 am.
Our Teacher Master Xue teach us the Yang style Tai Chi form. She have been train in the competitive form of the Yang Tai Chi Style and her performance and standard is very high. We are very fortunate to have her as our teacher to train us.
She expect her students to train and practice hard in order to master the art of Tai Chi. She constantly correct our movements and impart her knowledge of Tai Chi finer skill to us and that is not easy to manipulate and master but it will make all of us a better Tai Chi Students.

Five loosening Exercises By Master Huang Xingxiang
The five loosening exercises is practice first before starting on your Tai Chi practice. The benefit of this five exercise is huge:
1) Its help to loosen up the joint and muscle
2) Its help and allow the chi to flow
3) Prolong practice of this exercise will help in your training of your kwa in turning and sitting on your kwa.
4) If the exercise is done correctly, you had set and prepare yourself for higher level of Tai Chi practice.
